Yeah, that is a bigger problem for more specialized tiles. I guess I just haven't made many of those.

I have a problem with the current layout of the full page anchor sheets. (NB: I only have Streets, and the two dwarven sets, so if the others fix this, then that's great. ) The proper amount of anchors are included with the 3x6 and 3x3 tiles, and this is a good thing. However, printing anchors for 6x6 tiles is wasteful. The ratio of center to corner anchors is off. EXAMPLE: The requirements to anchor 6 6x6 tiles require me to print 2 pages. This leaves me with no extra sets of center anchors (which is fine) and SIX extra sets of corner anchors. (which is not as fine) I have one easy and one harder suggestion on how to to bring the ratio of corners to anchors per page from 2:1 to 1:1 Easy Suggestion: Replace the two sets of corner anchors on the upper right corner with a set of side anchors. (M is middle, C is corner) M M M M M M M M M M C C M M C C M M C C M M C C Harder Suggestion: Reformat the page to be an over/under format. This may fall afoul of the auto cutter guidelines, I don't know what exact tolerances are required of this, but some back of the napkin measuring shows that it will fit with half centimeter gaps between the anchor blocks. Well, for HV:Streets you could probably simply use robby's idea of not separating them and thus making middle anchors out of them. Amazing how obvious it is and how I, still, never got that idea. Then again, for LHotDK the problem is that most of the anchors are specifically made for a certain tile. |
