For my first batch, I printed a bunch of templates onto cardstock, cut out the rough outlines, and then spray glued them to a full sheet of foamcore. For my second batch, I used Avery adhesive labels (full sheet), and it made it MUCH easier. |

Label paper for sure. I use it for the connector tabs and the mount templates. Print at "fast draft" quality, slap those puppies down on foam core, and trim. Super quick, super easy. |

I don't know what stores are near you but I got mine at Michaels. I don't think it's called foamcore, but it's the same kind of material. |

Michaels sometimes has white foamboard as little as $1, on sale. |
