I have two Maidens built (one color and one black and white), but I need a variety of small vessels for gameplay. I could have sworn there was an old kitbash of some options, but I can't find them in the store. Do you guys have any suggestions? |

While you are prohibited from sharing links, you can post images of products or the names of companies/items. I found this one: Marauder Ship Paper Model From Dave Graffam Models I would love to see what else people suggest (especially free stuff). |

Graffam has three boats that I'm aware of - the one you posted, and two smaller boats (a smuggler's boat and a patrol boat). Fat Dragon has a couple ships that are smaller than the Maiden but larger than the Graffam ones. If you need small canoes or viking ships, Grendelsmother64 has some over at http://inkjetpaperscissors.blogspot.com/. Oh look. I'm sharing links. Y'all can boot me if need be... http://inkjetpaperscissors.blogspot.com ... -boat.html http://inkjetpaperscissors.blogspot.com ... rings.html http://inkjetpaperscissors.blogspot.com ... gship.html Papermau has this cool rowboat: http://papermau.blogspot.com/2013/02/th ... mau_7.html I haven't built that last one. Nothing replaces The Maiden, but they all fill a nice gap. |

IIRC, didn't someone do a smaller, single deck kitbash of the maiden? (Tried searching for it, but the forum search says 'maiden' is too comon a search term. It accepts 'boat' as a search term but not 'maiden'!) ps. Really like the faering boat (third link), Mproteau - a very simple but effective prop. |

That short Maiden is what I remembered. I assumed that it was a submitted kitbash, but I couldn't find it anywhere. I will settle with Skull Cove and the link Mproteau posted. Thanks for all the help guys! |

For those that are handy at bashing textures onto existing geometries, these might be scaled up to make some more ships (I think they're all too small as-is): http://rocketmantan.deviantart.com/art/ ... -441480326 http://rocketmantan.deviantart.com/art/ ... -472011048 http://rocketmantan.deviantart.com/art/ ... -378020706 http://rocketmantan.deviantart.com/art/ ... -381876343 http://ravensblight.com/DarkPromise.html http://ravensblight.com/GhostShip.html http://www.maquettes-papier.net/topic836.html#p112898 And, if money is no object, there's always LEGO ships. I was given one as a gift. It's amazing - about the same size as the Maiden, I think (maybe a little smaller). |

Oh, and a variation on the other boats by Grendelsmother64 - this one with a giant squid, too! http://mmiparchive.papermakeit.com/35%2 ... 0Deep.html |

Talae, I don't have any pics. And it sadly did not survive our last move. |

@Ghenghis_Ska: I remember those and tried intensely to find them - also to no avail. Do you think you could repost them? They were quite cool and inspirational... Anybody associated with Staff know what happened to those old Gallery build pics? I liked the random show feature. |

I guess I have saved a few the pics from the old Gallery for future reference and inspiration. I think this is what both Zenguy and I remembered: https://www.dropbox.com/home/Misc%20Pap ... eler-2.jpg Though I didn't make a notation as to who built it [Sorry about the orientation.] |
