Hi guys, I'm thinking about doing LOTR TMG in 3D as my son loves the game but we only have a few of the maps. I really like the TLX system and was hoping you might have suggestions to help recreate scenes from the mines of Moria. I'm looking for a kit or kits that include both the mines and the Halls. The Dwarven Kings looks great for the halls, but does it include mine walls / floors? Cheers, Furgie |

The three dwarven themed TerralinX sets (, and ) will be superb for Moria - they include broken floors and Vault of the Ancients even has a paper-craft 'Lava Demon'. We don't currently have TLX mines. Michael Proteau (outstanding contributor and compulsive kitbasher here) is playing around with kitbashing some and and there may be other fan projects or solutions that will help out in this area. FYI, for mines I use the old set. It's an older set so it's lower quality and not TLX format, but it's easy to build and use, and nicely flexible. |
