When I looked at this earlier, I assumed the first price was for a 20"x30" piece 10-pack. This is even more pricey than I thought!
Do you also use gold leaf in your cardstock?

Had found this in an unrelated search at work and thought it could be VERY useful for our purposes. Anyone tried it? Seems like it would be both more rigid and easier to cut. |

I seem to recall someone using it years ago but it being more expensive. It seems like it could work nicely, though. |

At $194 for 10 sheets of 20x30, which is the comparable size and sheet count from dick blick, who BTW sells his normal Black/Black foamboard for $30, I will have to pass. I don't care how much more durable that is... WOW! Sorry if this is a bit agressive. I had a Holy S#@! moment when I did the math in my head. |

a very strong material that I like to use is sign board used by sign making company's it lite dose not warp and fairly easy to cut , if you buy it new its expensive, but I go to sign company's spend a few minutes talking and making a friend out of the manager or owner. share my passion of making things then ask them if the have any reject signs that I could use for my latest project, most will give you some, some will charge a small amount . |
