You may want to try e-mailing or PMing - he seems to be the sharpest on these issues. (And his help is much appreciated.) I have never had the issues your describing, the only thing that I can suggest is trying another color blade guard. The Auld Grump |

What are you using as a carrier sheet? I have only used the home made versions and find that if I try and use it too many times before re-spraying then I end up with sections that have been cut catching under a metal support bar. This then results in the page getting caught and not cutting correctly - anything like that? If not I am guessing its a easy tweak with the settings - Trust me you haven't wasted the cash, they are a great machine but like all machines (even water kettles) there are knacks that will make it shine. Im also having this problem. i just got my craft robo in the mail today and it doesn't cut through completely on corners! it came with a spare blade so ill try that, but any other things i can try???? |
