You can always select all, group, then just scale it down manually. But from experience it would be more accurate to start from scratch. |

Yes. Scale the pdf first, export as a tiff or bmp. Open the corresponding gsd file, select all and group. Open the position settings menu, change the scale of the group to match the scale of the re-scaled pdf. Import the re-scaled image file and line up the cutting/scoring paths in the gsd group over the image. Print and cut.
