Hi, Before i spend a few days creating a set of cutter files (silouette SD files), has anyone made cutter files for the Classic CastleWorks Ultimate set? Regards, Alex |

A CastleWorks TLX has not been officially announced at any point, but has many times been listed as one of the "on the list to do" sets. As for distributing the pdfs...that is not an appropriate thing to do as there is no good way to do so in a legal manner. My suggestion is to do whatever you need for personal use and if that entails everything from the set,, maybe submit it to WWG to see what they say (but don't hold your breath, as it is not certain they will/can do anything with it). |

The legal issues of distributing the PDF's with the reg marks is what i suspect has stopped the effort so far. I cant imagine why a TLX version of the castle has not been done to date. The current fantasy sets are crying out for fortification. This last statement is based solely on my understanding of the content of "streets of whatever its name is", as i do not own it. But it doesn't look to me that you can build a fortification using the current TLX products. Sacking villages is great, but eventually everyone wants to lay siege to the castle. I have no plans of contacting WWG. If they wanted to update their files, i suspect they would have done so. A days work by an intern could be spent putting reg marks on the existing product. |
