How would you suggest storing a build this big. For the last several months it has sat in a rather unsafe position (considering I have 4 kids all under the age of 7) in my home. I am considering scrapping the moat all together just to scale down the size of the project. The sad part is I am nearly finished with the moat but i can see already the problems that could develop.

Store the kids, leave the build out... , joke, really.

But in reality, a big cardboard box, reshaped and reinforced as necessary to fit the build. Then put up high. Also make as many parts as possible removable to reduce size.

Wow, those are nice paper mechs! I really like the mobile base! Guess I'll have to look at building one!

I have the old Revell Robotech Factory kit that I had built up for Battletech - would those Mechwarrior 3 items be close enough to 1/72 to use in that? I was really hooked on those kits when I was at Ft Knox in the 80s and have just about everything they put out, even the ones that didnt appear in any of the Mecha films I ever saw. Always figured I would use them for Battletroops games.
