I stumbled on WWG in November looking for good terrain options for my Pathfinder game. I loved the idea of the modularity since I move around a lot and got to building. I did a few smaller pieces and put 'em up here. I got the suggestion to have in mind what you want to build. Well, I wanted to build a warehouse (inspired in part by warehouse I saw someone make in the inspiring work thread) for a mission for my campaign. I built it all with Thoumont's with props from the Thoumont's set and some of Dave Graffam's stuff. Behold!

Some lessons I learned while building this:

1) Edging makes ALL the difference. You can see some of the pieces are edged while others are not (I was rushed to make this and didn't get it done completely)
2) You have to really be careful when making the floor tiles to be precise with your cuts, or the posts on adjacent tiles will be too far apart to use post connectors. I ended up using a lot of single posts I didn't expect to.
3) Making the TLX sets takes a LONG time, but it is totally worth it. Throwing something like this out when the players don't expect it blows them away!

I struggle with whether to edge the inner edges of the anchors or not. Unless you have exactly the right shade of edger, it looks obtrusive. On my current LotDG build, I am only edging the outer edges of the anchors. Its still not brilliant but better than solid black lol.

Often times a light or medium grey edging will be better than nothing. I have a lot of Bic Mark-it pens for edging, and I use the Cloud Nine Grey, Stone Grey and Tuxedo Black a lot. I also have a brown and dark green that have served me pretty well.
