Post subject: | Papercraft Software |
If i am in violation of any forum rules i am not trying to and will be sure to remove this post. I found this software for building model train props, Papercraft, it comes with a bunch of templates for different textures and if you look through the gallery some people have made some pretty cool stuff, it dose not look as great as WWG since there is no dirt or grim to the textures but I am sure you can add some of that in photoshop. Link in violation of forum usage terms. Linking to "payed" software and or directly competitive services. Anyone use this for their kitbashes? |

Post subject: | Sketchup |
Hey all, I'm looking for some Sketchup advice. Whenever I try to print a model directly from sketchup, it wants to print a truckload of pages (for instance, a test project I did with nothing but a 5" X 6" rectangle - which should easily fit on one page - takes 6 pages and breaks up the rectangle. This is unchanged by moving/rotating the object. I'm printing per google's top-view instructions. I think I have a way to print things to scale but it's an untested theory at this point involving screencap (loss of resolution there) and at least 3 programs for every print. Help? Anyone? |
