This is much too tiny and too crude (96 dpi) to be a possible kitbash, but I wondered if anyone else had been looking for some French windows for the large window in Shellendrak Manor? |

Nice. I've been playing with some additional stuff for Shellendrak as well. I want to alter the wall paper color but haven't figured out how to do so yet. However, I did change the bed colors. looks like the image function isn't working for me again so I'll add links too. http://wwgallery.pcinfoman.com/displayi ... ?pos=-4746 I've also been working on some potted plant props. This is my first attempt it. It turned out well enough but I actually want some much larger. So now I'm working on changing scales. http://wwgallery.pcinfoman.com/displayi ... ?pos=-4747 yep, I was using wrong controls. |

Ohh, it's really good? I wanna see. Ahhh, no photos yet ![]() LD2062 - Those beds look good and the potted plant looks nice too. I would love to see a variety of potted plants for interior usage. The one you have there is a great start ![]() Arabin |

That sounds good for personal use LD2062, but it's unfortunate as using images from a website will prevent it from being submitted as a kitbash ![]() Arabin |

Yeah, I know they cannot be a kitbash. But anyone who wants them can make them themselves. Its not like they're being changed. Simply mirrored. It only takes about 2 min to set up the props for printing. Anyone can do it. Anyone want a link to the site? Its a useable solution until someone with some texturing skills gives it a go. |

Here it is. http://www.cadollhouse.com/plants.html Hope its helpful. I wish the photo approach I'm using would be as useful for furniture. I'd love to be able to make some different chairs and a piano at the least. |

I had another idea on making potted plants. I was up at the craft store yesterday and I noticed that some of the wreaths had very fine flower pieces. Some are the colored foam balls, others almost look like colored flocking. And it occured to me that if very small pieces of the off shoot tips were cliped they could be used make a scale arrangement. I actually found some individual piece fake flower that used the foam balls. Some of foam balls were 1/32 diameter. They had a couple colors they were $.49 each on sale 3 for $1 I've only played with them for a secound. I cliped some tips and pulled the larger balls off. They used green plastic that splits to glue everything onto. And when some of the foam is removed the plastic actually looks a bit like leaves, which works well for the flower arrangement look. I haven't really tried to make a base yet. But a piece of paper maybe 5/16 high and 1 1/16 long can be glued into a loop that could be used as a pot. Simply print some kind of pattern or a color with a line accross it for the texture. Granted the pot would be straight up and down, but I don't know how to make a sloping round shape. Then I'd probably fill the loop shape with hot glue and press the flower clipings into it. Maybe some brown flock to cover the rest of the glue if I'm being really compulsive. |
