I have made a few 3D walls: These were made by sticking the Mayhem Rail walls onto foamcore, and embedding pennies into the bottom to give it stability. They really have to be hit quite hard to fall over. The ruined sections are simple cut-outs, and the bit that is cut out makes a nice little wall section on its own. The cut edges have been very quickly painted (base coat and rough dry brush). I planned to use these to seperate my Mayhem city sections from my PCON areas. I think the walls make the transition from one style to another look much more reasonable. Steve |

A good look and elegantly simple. At some point I may play arround with something similar for fantasy sets. Not castle walls but maybe manor or cemetary walls. |

I always considered the idea, but never did it. Turned out very well! |

Looks very good. I was just contemplating an urban destruction environment ala WWII and so on. These walls will work great for that. |

Nice wall, and it does seem to make a nice subtle transition. As mentioned above this concept could be used to do some beautiful WW2 shelled out buildings. Maybe WW2 Shellendrak Manor........ |

You know this might solve a problem I caused myself. When I designed by base for Shellendrak I failed to include enough distance between the house proper and the stone walls in the back part , i.e. not enough room for models to on standard bases to go around the entire perimeter. Consider the idea looted. |
