Another tile type for comment. I'll submit this one also if persons are interested. Same type of tiles as the dirt/grass transition. I actually played with alot of water colors and realized murky/ swampy was very tough to do. It either looked like dirt (or close to it) or it was some sort of sewage bog. I decided to stay on the blue side so it is a bit more recognizable. I even added in some duckweed. Not that there is anything wrong with a sewage bog... Note: I this water doesnt match any other water. (actually it doesnt look like any wwg water matches any other water either.) meh. I will also be submitting if the 3 standard formats: no-grid, 1" and 1.5" |

Wich grass tiles are this? Doesnt look like Village works? Its it from the modern line? *edit: Ah, I see your Grass/Dirt Conversion where the source is mentioned. |

Transition tiles are a really great idea. I'd grab these in an instant if they'd link in with the VillageWorks or Dinas Ffordd terrain tiles. (I guess there's more need/use for raw terrain in the Medieval/Fantasy genre than there is in Modern.) Of course, if they use 'Mayhem' grass rather than VillageWorks grass, then a simple Mayhem-VillageWorks grass transition tile or strip would solve that. FYI, Dinas Ffordd contains an all water tile that would make a good background for the swamp as well as a suitable transition from swamp to deeper water. |

I'd get it but only if you get rid of the extra green lines in the water that did not get erased. I'm not trying to be mean, just my honest opinion that it would look much better without the areas that the magic wand did not get. Also for the shorter grass in the water you could turn down the opacity to give it a soggy look, and also for the water near the shore line. This would require a few layers but would really make it look nice. Nice idea and I would be willing to get it with those few changes. |

Zenguy: I tried matching the water to Dinas Ffordd and Skull Cove based on the promo pics. What I found out is the waters were very blue in contrast to the grass tile. Too blue imo. at least for my uses. The tiles are standard WWG. 7x7 or 7.5x7.5 As far as tile bases to start with and use. I have only the Mayhem line and the Manor. It would be nice for someone to make transitions between all tile sets, but I dont have the means or drive. Piper: I hear ya. This serves my needs, so I am unlikely to change it beyond the specific no-grid/ 1.5" grid formats which I also don't use. Appreciate the comments. |

I did see that the small wooden walkpath in Skull Cove would work for a swamp walkpath with no alteration. The large walkpath, could be bashed into a stilt base for buildings/ houses. Edit: ****Submitted**** |
