Hi, I have made a couple of kitbashes. The first one is a facade with ladder for the : Office-Building_Page_4.jpg [ 45.05 KiB | Viewed 10205 times ] I have already submitted this one a few days ago, but apart the automated reply I haven't received any further communication. The other one is a kinda of "racing" pattern for the : racing.jpg [ 23.93 KiB | Viewed 10205 times ] I haven't submitted this one yet. How should I proceed? Are kitbashes still accepted? |

First: Welcome! Second: Kitbashes are still accepted, but there are only two of working on it now (and we aren't paid for it, so have to find time in our own busy schedules to do it). I will try my best to check things out soon, but have been swamped with real-life stuff recently. Thanks for the submission and don't hold back from submitting other things

"HL300 Racer" ? It also might help if you had more than only one skin variant - different body color, different racing pattern/colors, different car number, etc. Having a single skin variant might be too limiting in the judges eyes. After all, if you *are* going to use them in a race scene, you've got to have more than a single car, right? (Unless you're doing concept car speed tests...) The original set had standard, car service, rental, taxi types (each with 8 different colors or car numbers), and three totally different style paint themes of police cars (with several different car numbers and 4 colors of the 'unmarked'). Multiple paint-ups of the racers seems reasonable. Good luck, and hope to see your results soon. [gasp - that word!] |

I need to take some time to have a closer look, but I have very little time currently and it' not going to be any better soon (I'm going to Essen Fairplay Boardgame exhibit next week) |

Thanks for replies. The pattern wasn't intended to be used in a racing context but to make a more "sport-y" version of the car. It has no numbers, for example. I'll tinker with it a bit, and see what I come up with, ok?
