And i wanna know, would you like when i convert Swamp Woods Village to TLX?
(sorry englisch is not my favor language *gg*)

here some previews from my first attempt.

Also i had two questions:
Look the picture with the arrows:

1: need anyone this black outline and the dots inside to fold the paper?
(this is a black line an there are dots over the line)
2: must this dots go along the whole side or only a few dots outside is ok?

Please be patient, this is my first, not ready, attempt.
The gridlines are for sample, i can also use naturally looking, like field/gras or anything others.
But it will cost time, think about 1 up to 3 weeks, i don't know how much time i can spend on the weekends.

Welcome to the forums! And hitting the ground running, no less.

Those are guidelines, so unless you have another way of doing that, I would say leave them in.

As for your questions:
The dashed lines serve a purpose and should stay. They extend beyond the piece to help visually recognize where to score and where to cut.

For the grid lines, subtle and natural is best, but make sure they can still be seen at the table. Check the original set for ideas.

That being said, by default complete conversions are not encouraged for a few different reasons. Keep that in mind.

Hi everyone!

Here is my work from this weekend:
It's the tiles without the grid lines.

Info:
The original tiles have 7" and 2100 pixel x 2100 pixel
this is now reduced to fit the Hinterlands to 6" and 1800 pixel x 1800 pixel

I don't know what kind of grid lines i take for them,
will see it maybe next weekend,
any help or suggestion are welcome.

Hi everybody!

Here comes another photo update, it's only the details
I redraw all the dots and lines inside completely new.
So there is no white or grey shadows or ghostpixels like my first try.

For outside i use the original kitbash.

Next update: i choose fog as grid line.
As you can see on the left side, the right side is original.
So i must use overall a little bit fog at all tiles, hope it will work.

That fog-line is a very interesting effect. Not noticeable unless you're looking for it. Very nice.

That's really cool! You might want to make it a bit brighter though if you plan to submit it as a kitbash as lower end printers might not make it as distinct.

I think you misunderstood
Flame of war is a miniature game, not a photoshop brush...

I'm also jealous of your foggy grid. That´s a great work.
If you intend to submit this as a bash, remember to also include the 1.5" grid

Picture 1 +2 = new style
Picture 3 = old style

I think picture 3 is far too linear, picture 1 or 2 is a little more realistic.
