Long time lurker, today's first day posting. Just wanted to share a little of what I've started on. Homecrafted textures thus far. Let me know what you think I should shoot for putting in and such as well as comments please

Lets see.... Garage Door, Swimming Pool, White Picket Fence, Mail Box, Flower Beds and maybe a couple collors of siding. That should cover the suburbs pretty well. |

Plus some boards: Driveway, Immaculate lawn, weed-infested lawn, garden. Can we pick up stores from another set (hardware, local filling station, grocery store). And if there is time, a few props and standees: Good Humor truck, a couple of dogs, people watering lawn, patio furniture, fire hydrant, streetlamp, swingset. |

I'd say post a few pics every so often. This would keep the thread alive while progress is being made (and keep us drooling for the next installment, and keep nudging us to keep up work on our own projects), and avoid a massive download. [would you agree Grump?] |

Awesome work, this is really something that many gamers would want for their miniature games... Not every fight takes places downtown or in a forest 
If I may make one suggestion: try to include grungy, run-down versions of the main elements, with paint peeling of, holes in the wooden walls, boarded-up windows, and lots of trash on the ground. Also: Dog houses! |

Hey gang, Thought I should chime in here before things get too carried away. I would have done so earlier but I've been up to my elbows in a few projects... MechanBldr; this is an ambitious project and it looks lovely. You've done some great work here and you've obviously put a lot of thought into this. That said there are some issues that need to be addressed before you go further. Technically, the issue is this; kitbashes are intended to compliment and expand preexisting terrain sets. When users create a kitbash expansion to a product within our catalog, we can then happily give all users free access to the bash with their core product purchase. Though it could be argued that this project applies to one specific release, its not something we are likely to accept given the scope and divergence of the project. It is unlikely we will accept megabashes of this nature in future and have even removed a few from our catalog due to similar conflicts of interest. There's no easy way to say this (given the work you've put into it) but this project is so extensive, so specific that it is crossing over into potential future development territory for our designers. At the end of the day, for our own stability and to maintain a certain standard, we have to put reasonable limits on what people can create for kitbash submissions. If there's any way you can reduce the scope of your project and to pair it more specifically to an existing product in our catalog, we'd be happy to accept the submission. I would also like to apologize for any confusion the current kitbash guidelines may have caused you and I promise you we'll work harder to further clarify those terms. I'm just giving this a little bump. I would LOVE to have something like this, I'm really enjoying the TLX kits have been starting a layout for ATZ myself using the Mayhem stuff. What is the current status of this? I know there has been no updates since September and Denny put a stop to most of it. |
